Michelle Foote-Pearce is the director of Mindfulness Programs and Outreach for the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt. She completed trainings as a mindfulness teacher and is qualified to teach MBCT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Michelle is a licensed and nationally-certified mental health service provider and advanced practice registered nurse. She has meditated for more than twenty years. Michelle develops and teaches context-based mindfulness courses for patients, community members, students and other health professionals.
