Mandi was phenomenal. I really had no idea what to expect. She put everything into words I could understand. Sometimes when we know a patient is a nurse, we drift into nurse-speak, she absolutely did not. She explained everything. She answered every question I had. I never felt judged. She was really very nice. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Vanderbilt caregivers are amazing listeners suggest options of treatment and assist in the best treatment course; considering suggestions I make and suggested things I had not heard of explaining what the treatment is and how it might help, allowing me to make the best decision on my care. Kindly and considerately helping me find the best treatment path for me.
