For more than 70 years, Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital has been taking care of patients and families in Clarksville and the surrounding area. A part of the Vanderbilt Health community of hospitals and clinics, Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital has been the hometown hospital, helping the community access a broad range of medical care and services.
IT Transition 2026
On Oct. 3, 2026, we will update our IT systems and software to fully integrate with Vanderbilt Health.
What does this mean for you?
- Doctors and nurses across Vanderbilt Health will be able to work together more easily to care for you.
- You will be able to schedule appointments online for many clinics.
- Less paperwork will be required.
- It will be easier to share your medical records and histories, such as when you are referred to a specialist at Vanderbilt.
Though we have carefully planned and prepared for the transition, you may notice a few things as our employees get used to the upgraded systems and software:
- You may have to wait a little longer when you check in for a scheduled service or come to our emergency department.
- We may spend more time than usual on our computers.
- There will be additional people around the hospital to help us with the transition.
