Extremely thorough, pointed out info that I never received. Educated on meds. Appeared to listen. Asked if I had questions. I had literally fallen through the cracks somehow for 3 1/2 years, hanging on by a thread, and hopeless. Today's visit was so very helpful. Katy is an asset to Vanderbilt as is Nurse Shannon S. At Osher.
