Rachel is fantastic!

Rachel is always good about following up on what we discussed last time..how is that going, how are things now, and what do we need to talk about?

Rachel is one the best providers I've ever had! She makes me comfortable to talk about my mental health and what's really going on in my head. Working with her helped me let go of the shame of taking medication. I'm so proud of how far I've come!! Something about the art work in her office also makes it feel very safe and inviting. Thank you Rachel!

She is so good about explaining things I would not realize. Makes me feel Gives me hope and comfort.heard and having expert, caring explanations from her. Feel she understands me even if I don't know at first how to express physical and mental things I am going through. Relieves me of anxiety.

I can't express how invaluable Rachel is to my care for both my physical and mental health issues. She listens to me. She HEARS me. She responds with great care and concern. I don't know what I would do without her. I very much appreciate that we are given a full 30 minutes for each session. That kind of time feels rare in the health care system these days.
