Clinical Groups
Overview
Clinical group visits provide a unique and supportive environment where you can connect with others who share similar health experiences and goals. Led by our expert team of integrative nurse practitioners, physicians, psychologists, yoga therapists, culinary experts and mindfulness facilitators, these interactive sessions are a cornerstone of our integrative health approach.
Developing core skills:
Our clinical group visits are designed to complement your existing medical care, offering tools to manage the emotional and mental aspects of chronic conditions, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness. You'll gain valuable, evidence-based education that empowers you to make informed decisions and build self-efficacy. By developing skills like mindfulness and stress management, you'll feel more empowered to actively participate in your health journey. To support your progress, we provide at-home practice opportunities, including guided meditations, therapeutic movement, resources, and personalized plans, which are essential for skill development and integration into daily life, maximizing the benefits of our programs and strengthening your resilience.
Clinical Groups
Available group programs include topics such as culinary medicine, mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. These sessions use experiential learning to equip participants with practical strategies for managing chronic pain, chronic health conditions, sleep concerns, anxiety, and depression, while supporting overall wellbeing. All groups are part of the Osher integrative health plan and require a referral from your Osher medical provider.
