Elizabeth has been extremely helpful, guiding me through reframing my view of life's challenges and recognizing my agency, the choices I have made in the past and the options I have for the future. The area where she has helped me the most is learning how to respond / react to the impact of negative or punitive interaction with my spouse that preserves my self image.
