Kathleen Wolff always listens attentively and responds to my concerns.

She did listen to most of what I said and kept trying to misdiagnose me and push things that I have already discussed with my PCP and that are not right for me at this time. I felt like she was reading from a script and it had almost nothing to actually do with me and my health needs at all.

Ms Wolff was very polite, thoughtful and helpful during our meeting. She had read my charts and Medical Notes by Dr Byram and Dr Hewlett of VUMC. She explained the complexity of my health issues and what Osher Center could do to help in managing my health issues. She asked very relevant and correct questions related to my health issues.

Hears me. With this said, we are able to formulate a plan to move ahead.

She was very attentive and reviewed things so that we both understood what each other was talking about

I'm excited and feel hopeful after my appointment. I've been in so much pain and have felt hopeless, now I feel seen and heard with a plan to help. I was in tears of happiness.

She was very thorough in assessing my needs and offering several possible treatment options
