Julie Richard has been a practicing physical therapist since 1982. She has extensive training and experience in the treatment of neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle and postural conditions. Her specialties include the different types of arthritis, tendonitis, sprains, strains and myalgias.
Julie uses a combination of therapy approaches including manual therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic exercises, aquatic therapy, cardiovascular conditioning, weight training and patient education. She aspires to help her clients reach independence in their fitness and to obtain their personal goals.
