Dr. Tawfik is a very nice person and spent time with me, but they seemed dismissive of my symptoms. Because my hearing test showed no change, the doctor decided nothing was wrong. This choice ignored the real achiness I am feeling. I left with no resolution other than a guess that I might grind my teeth at night. The visit felt very inconclusive, and I still do not have answers.

The doctor shouldn't be responsible for how someone feels, only the care they provide. My ENT was professional and efficient. If you want feelings he was very professional and extremely understanding.
