Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology

The Vanderbilt Multiple Sclerosis Center is one of the largest multiple sclerosis centers in the Southeast, and we see about 2,500 patients annually. We care for patients with disorders of the nervous system that are caused by immune system problems, and we have a special focus on multiple sclerosis and related disorders. We also offer physical therapy and rehab programs. Many of our patients need related services such as euro-oncology, neuropsychiatry, neuro-cognitive care, neuro-imaging and neuro-radiology.

The Multiple Sclerosis Center at Vanderbilt cares for adults and children. Besides MS, we also also evaluate and treat:

We offer advanced care that includes a CT scanner, EMG with phenol blocks and Botox injections, and a quantitative bladder scanner.

Clinical Research
We are running studies are evaluating the use of oral and IV forms of treatment for MS.
