We asked if our son could accompany us into my appointment. They were very agreeable & the Dr herself brought in an extra chair. Dr Koch actually looked me in the eye most of the appointment. Her kindness, compassion & hearing me was like no other. The appointment ended in a hug. She gave us renewed hope.
