I am sure that Dr. Fallis Is a good doctor, and maybe I just got him on an off day. His bedside manner needs help. I have a lot of doctors, and I have never been treated like I was In his clinic. This Is my first appointment with him, and prior to my appointment, he did not review any notes at all. I called the clinic ahead to notify them that I had several tests from Pikeville Medical Center, UK Medical Center, and Saint Joseph Hospital to make sure this doctor was prepared for this case. All of these records are found through Epic. Since he did not review any of the notes from these places, he was unaware of a lot that had taken place since Oct. 2025. Because he did not take the time to review the case ahead of my appointment, I was trying to fill him In on the tests that I had been doing. He asked me a series of questions. Apparently, he expected yes / no answers only. He did not allow me to elaborate on my case, and try to explain my symptoms to him. Despite having nearly a clean multi-day EEG from Saint Joseph's Hospital, somehow, Dr. Fallis believes that I have epilepsy. Thus, he prescribed epilepsy medication. I do not understand this idea. Unfortunately, this appointment went even more downhill because the technology was not working correctly, and in several cases, he was not able to pull up the reports from PMC during my appointment. I honestly feel like Dr. Fallis has missed the mark on this case.
