John is a fantastic provider. I was assigned him after my last one left the clinic and I couldn't be more grateful. I try to recommend him to people but not too many because then he'll be hard to schedule with! but he's a fantastic provider and provides exceptional care.

Intelligent provider with helpful info about ruling out M.S at this time. However, no further testing (beyond a repeat MRI in 6 months) or diagnoses were seriously considered. The provider explained that we can hope that the neuro symptoms resolve on their own because that commonly happens. That level of care felt incomplete.For new and worsening symptoms in a young, otherwise healthy patient with a history of autoimmune disease, why not cover all bases with comprehensive testing before falling back on a wait and see approach? For example, I'm unsure why nerve conduction studies, electromyography, skin biopsy, or more lab work weren't considered. Upon reflection, I'm also unsatisfied that Sjogren's neuro involvement wasn't seriously evaluated either, given my Sjogren's diagnosis and positive SS-A antibodies.Some symptoms were misdocumented, such as cognitive symptoms that are ongoing, but that happens. Overall, my feedback would be that Hope it gets better isn't a sufficient approach to worsening symptoms that affect quality of life (like full-body paresthesia and memory problems).

I am so impressed with Dr Kramer. He is genuinely concerned about my headaches. He is so good at listening and understanding my concerns and frustrations. He has offered alternative treatments that are new such as Nerivio.
