Group Therapy

Our group therapy programs are designed to support those dealing with chronic pain and chronic medical conditions. Each group therapy program is led by a licensed psychologist.

Costs for our group therapy programs are covered by most insurance plans, but copays may apply. Please check with your insurance company to verify your coverage. Visit the series tab on our schedule for details on costs, schedule, and how to register.

Gentle Yoga Classes

Gentle Yoga is also offered at a discount in conjunction with these therapies.

Living Well With Chronic Pain

This series is designed for people living with chronic pain due to conditions such as fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuropathy or the long-term effects of an injury. During this four-week series, you will learn and practice techniques to help you manage and reduce your symptoms.

Mind-Body Medicine

Mind-body medicine focuses on non-medication based treatment practices with a group of patients. Mind-Body Medicine is offered in two separate four-week sessions.

Session 1: Practices to improve well-being, nutrition and sleep
Session 2: Practices to improve mood, pain and inflammation

Classes include:

  • Meditation, yoga, self-massage, acupressure, nutrition and healthy meals
  • Group discussions around health and wellness topics
  • One-on-one check-in with a medical clinician
  • Opportunity to connect with group members and practice what you have learned on a new online platform

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

An evidence-based therapy designed to help you cope with persistent depression, mood disorders or emotional distress. MBCT uses meditation and breathing exercises to break the cycle of negative thoughts that can trigger depression.

Mindfulness Skills

This class focuses on proven practices to calm the mind and body, helping you connect with your natural ability to relax and heal. The result is greater clarity and more compassion for yourself and others.
