Chronic Total Occlusion Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (CTO PCI)

Chronic Total Occlusion Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (CTO PCI) is a minimally invasive procedure to treat patients with chronic total occlusion, or complete blockages of the coronary arteries. CTOs are blockages that have been present for more than three months. During this procedure, your doctor will use small instruments threaded through tubes to open the blockage.
