Kira, was exactly what I needed. My visit was a second opinion I requested. She explained my ct and mri showing me the area of concern and made additional recommendations.

She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I appreciated her knowledge on the subject.She addressed me as dear at the beginning (What brings you in today, dear?) and at the end of my appt (It was nice meeting you dear.). I am a 62 year old physician and frankly, I found the use of the term dear insulting and demeaning and it shouldn't be used in this setting. I am sure that she did not mean any harm, but it still, it's not appropriate.
