The doctor answered all my questions and eased my mind of what was going on about my ear he was very nice.

Dr. O'Malley took great deal time to remove the crud in my ear with as little pain as possible! He and I carried on a conversation during the procedure that helped take my mind off the process. He cared about the pain as well as concern about bleeding. His professionalism and concern are very appreciated!
