Salam Kassis MD

Dr. Kassisis is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. He is a doctor who understands beyond medicine and how to help patients deal with real-life situations. He provides exemplary quality care, and his wisdom is not to be surpassed by the generosity of his time and dedication toward patients. He has this unique ability to combine the human touch with medicine. Few doctors are as talented and eloquent as him yet show humanity and devotion to their patients. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.

No concern was shown at all for my worries, which were about a specific side effect of a specific procedure. It was brushed aside completely. There was a sense of irritation from the provider because I didn't already know exactly what I wanted to have done. I don't know anything about these procedures or what my options are and I was not given any information prior or during my visit. I was made to feel very inferior and was spoken to in a condescending way throughout, including at the end when the surgeon hurried through a checklist to make me agree that he had listened to my concerns and that I felt good about the visit when I very much did not. It was a brutally uncomfortable experience.

I was very impressed and look forward to him and his team doing my surgery.
