Dr Amara addressed all my concerns in a nice conversation with myself and my husband. It is a pleasure to speak with her. She is supportive, professional and personable. She is very knowledgeable and communicates well. I truly felt better after speaking with her. I've had breast cancer and had some new gynecological abnormalities that she helped me navigate. I felt better with my healthcare plan after speaking to her. She took on the biggest challenge...a nervous, retired registered nurse...with grace and ease.

In general, while I appreciate the casual approach from this doctor, this time around it felt like she was half in half out. She didn't really have any questions besides what medications are you still taking, how's the pain. A few minutes in she got a call mentioned something about an operator and asked to take the call. We said yes assuming it would be brief. We then waited 8-10 minutes while she was out taking the call. Came back and we were expecting she'd say something about how it was urgent but she didn't so it ended up feeling like our appt was secondary and not Important. Once she returned, she didn't have a whole lot to say that required any kind of in person appt. This could literally have been and should have been a telehealth.

Always takes the time to listen to my cincerns

Dr. Amarra is one of the best oncologist I have had the pleasre of having on my cancer journey. She listens to my concerns, as well as explaing the next steps in my treatment. I have never had any fear with my cancer, with Dr. Amarra leading the team. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing a cancer battle.

Dr. Amara is a fantastic physician. She listens to her patients. She explains to them what's going on she's very concerned, nurturing loving, compassionate just a great human being. I would send anybody to her We moved just to be closer to her
