Due to running late, we did not have time to discuss things at length. They also had to search for an otoscope that was charged. I will say that Dr Watford was trying his best to take care of me knowing we had to get to another appt. He made a longer appt with me in 6 months so that we can decide if my condition has changed. I like Dr Watford but believe that there is a need for an experienced office manager who would be on top of things; so that needed equipment is present and ready, scheduling is better and patients aren't waiting hours to be seen.
