Dr Serie was apologetic for the short wait, listened intently to my explanation of why I was there, informed me of labs that were to be taken AND what steps would be taken depending on the results. She made me aware of the portal and communication via that tool.

Dr. Serie is a treasure! I don't need to see her often, but she's an excellent listener and kind, on top of high clinical competence.
