Dr. Moberly was very thorough with my exam and explained everything concerning my hearing loss and possible reasons for it. He was very personable and caring, wanting to make sure he answered all my questions and that I understood my treatment options.

I had to describe my symptoms and concerns to 3 different people. I understand this is Is a teaching hospital but all should be In the room at the same time keeping the patient from having to repeat themselves. No one understood what my main issue is. I felt like I was not being heard and had to show each of them the area of concern. They acted like they didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I feel like he is just trying to pacify me by doing the tests that he ordered.

I could not have been more pleased!

Dr Moberly takes the time to talk and go over all issues. He never seems rushed or bothered by questions or conversation.

Dr Moberly was pleasantly and professionally engaged, provided more input and insight into my symptoms and health history to the point that there were some points he made that I never considered or thought of! His commitment to follow up on a concern and reach out to other providers, who had cared for me, means so much to me and I appreciate his intentionality!

Dr. Moberly listened to my concerns, gave thorough and thoughtful answers to our questions, and gave us options with risks to consider for the path forward along with his recommendation. He did not rush the appointment and took time to listen and explain medical information in layman's terms. Dr. Moberly is exceptional; I will definitely recommend him to others.
