Dr. Gaines had thoroughly reviewed my chart and was very prepared to discuss my case at time of initial visit. He is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. My wife and I feel fortunate to have his services.

Dr. Gaines, is an excellent communicator. He is patient and never hurried. He took time to answer my every question and explain terms and procedures when needed. As an older patient, I appreciate never feeling rushed or hurried. I also appreciated regular visits with him after my treatments. It is important that questions and concerns of a patient be addressed promptly and in person. I appreciate not having to send an emailwith my concerns and wait for a written response, often from a nurse or PA. I was able regularly to confer with my doctor! in person.
