This was a first visit and he had not or did not about my previous visits and was unfamiliar with me as a patient. My visit was rushed to say the least.

Dr Cherney was polite and patient. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. I did have a bit of a wait after I got into the exam room, but it wasn't over-taxing and was probably out of his control. All in all a good meeting.
