I wish there was a category beyond very good to check. If I could manifest exactly the compassion, attention and expertise I needed, Dr Chang would appear

I was here for a second opinion regarding my prostate cancer. Dr. Chang was absolutely excellent in his analysis and discussion with me regarding treatment options. Should I choose to have surgery as opposed to radiation, I will be back to Vanderbilt for him to perform the surgery.

Dr. Chang is courtesy, friendly, and seems genuinely concerned with my health. I appreciate having him as my doctor.

The nurses were with me all of the time. I met with Dr Chang prior to the procedure for a couple of minutes, which I expected. And let me say, I am thrilled to be working with Dr Chang. I was just hoping to see him in person after the procedure, even though I know he is very busy. So, I will wait until he calls me with the pathology report later this week to ask him any questions that I may have. Also, I love the reports that are made available for me to read on the My Health app. Whoever is drafting this survey, it would be nice to have a couple of questions about that. I think having those notes available for me to ready and so quickly after the procedure is wonderful. A definite 10 out of 10.

Dr. Chang's interaction was best in class. He was humble and confident at the same time. He walked me through my options, had opinions, and met me where I was.
