When you need advanced care, our providers are experts in gynecological oncology, urogynecology, menopausal health, and minimally invasive surgery.
With locations across Middle Tennessee, our gynecology program is led by a team of board-certified OB-GYNs, certified nurse practitioners, nurse midwives and residents. Together, we are committed to providing the best possible healthcare for women of all ages.
We offer all methods of birth control for adolescents and adults, collaborating with you to find the best choice for your reproductive needs. Our services include:
Our Gynecologic Oncology Program is dedicated to preventing, diagnosing and treating cancers beginning in women's reproductive organs, including cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal and vulvular cancer. We also treat pre-cancerous changes of the cervix, vulva and vagina. Our care team includes genetic counselors, gynecological oncologists, nurse practitioners, pathologists and radiation oncologists.
We partner with the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer research and treatment facility, to improve women's cancer treatment through innovative research, clinical trials, patient care, education and community outreach.
Our Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Program is led by the only fellowship-trained urogynecologists in Middle Tennessee. We offer expert surgical and non-surgical care for pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse (vaginal bulge) and incontinence (difficulty with bladder or bowel control).
To give you the best possible care, we work with other Vanderbilt specialists in colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, neurology, physical therapy, radiology and urology.

Vanderbilt gynecologists are leaders in the use of robotic-assisted surgery and other state-of-the-art procedures to reduce the risk and cosmetic impacts of gynecologic surgery.
Using new, minimally invasive techniques, we can perform procedures such as endoscopy, laparoscopy and vaginal reconstructive surgery with only a fraction of the discomfort or inconvenience for you.
Uterine fibroids are a common problem that, if untreated, can cause pelvic discomfort, severe menstrual bleeding and other painful symptoms. Our gynecologists are developing new treatments for uterine fibroids using new medicines and technologies.
