Rehabilitation Facilities

A Rehabilitation Hospital is a hospital that specializes in rehabilitation care services and treats patients on an inpatient basis. If you require additional rehabilitation and are strong enough to perform at least three hours therapy each day, your physician may recommend you continue your recovery at a rehabilitation hospital. The Vanderbilt Trauma Team works closely with such rehabilitation hospitals and will recommend a facility based on your geographical location and insurance approval.
