Taking pain out of the process – spine surgery reimagined

Back pain can be hard to live with and finding the right solution can be just as challenging.

While spine surgery is an effective treatment for the right patient, the process can be very costly, stressful, and time-consuming. And in the end, surgery isn’t the right path for everyone.

If you do clinically qualify for spine surgery, we can make the process much smoother for you with MySpineHealth. This program takes an innovative approach to spine surgery that coordinates and “bundles” all of the services needed for a successful procedure and recovery—all while ensuring appropriate care and can result in a faster return to life and work. The experience is streamlined with the help of personal patient navigator, and healthcare costs are transparent and predictable.

This bundle includes coverage of three common and distinct spine procedures: cervical fusion, lumbar fusion, and laminectomy.

Exceptional care. Enhanced experience. Lower costs.

With MySpineHealth, you benefit from:

The best path – We want the best possible outcome for you. As a result, only patients who can truly benefit from surgery will be enrolled in a MySpineHealth bundle.

More convenience – This is a dramatically more convenient experience for you. We have eliminated delays and removed unnecessary steps from the care process.

No surprise billings – Our bundle offers predictable out-of-pocket expenses. Everything is included, including emergency room visits following surgery, in the event those occur.
Concierge experience - From helping prepare for surgery to check-ins during recovery, our patient navigators will help you manage your care every step of the way.

Exceptional quality – We have a proven track record for increasing physical function, reducing pain, and avoiding complications and readmissions. We also support fast recoveries, with 83 percent of our patients returning to work within 90 days.

How it works

  • You schedule a call with our patient navigator, who confirms you are eligible, explains the process and collects required information.
  • You are scheduled for a surgical consult to determine if you can clinically benefit from surgery.
  • If you are a candidate for surgery, you will officially be enrolled in the bundle program. If you aren’t, an alternate course of treatment will be recommended.
  • Pre-surgery education will be delivered via telehealth to help you prepare for the procedure.
  • Your care team will arrange your post-operative check-ins to ensure you are the road to recovery.
