Anticoagulation Clinic

Our Anticoagulation Clinic can help you manage your anticoagulants or blood thinners. We assist patients by phone with:

  • INR lab testing date
  • Dosage adjustments
  • Changes when warfarin must be stopped for procedures
  • Treatment change discussions

Our clinic is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and Vanderbilt holidays. If you have an emergency when the clinic is closed, please call your physician directly.
