Jamie Bergner, OTR/L, CHT, COMT
Jamie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, and is currently pursuing her post-professional doctorate degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is also a Certified Hand Therapist specializing in treatment of the elbow, wrist and hand. She has a strong interest in evidence-based practice, trauma, and manual therapy, which has led to her most recent certification as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. Passionate about patient care, she has been practicing since 2000. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the American Society of Hand Therapists, and the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.
Jennifer Farrar, ORT/L, CHT
Jennifer knew from a young age that she wanted to become a hand therapist. After graduating as Salutatorian from high school, Jennifer went to college at the University of Tennessee at Martin. She then continued to The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis to pursue a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. Jennifer graduated in 2005 with High Honors, as president of her class, and as a member of the IMHOTEP Honor Society. In 2010, she completed the 6-month Evelyn J. Mackin Hand Therapy Fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center in Pennsylvania. Jennifer continued to develop her skills and became a Certified Hand Therapist in May of 2012. She is a member of The American Occupational Therapy Association and The American Society of Hand Therapists. Jennifer has been part of the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute's Hand Therapy Team since March of 2013. She loves to stay active and enjoys cycling in her free time.
Peggy Haase, OTR, CHT
Peggy is a graduate of the University of Florida Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelors of Science degree. She is a founding member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and has been a hand therapy specialist since 1976 and a certified hand therapist since 1991. Ms. Haase has treated a wide variety of orthopaedic, plastic surgery, and Rheumatology patients, achieving a diverse experience in occupational therapy hand therapy. Enjoys being a lifelong learner, and has spoken at local, state, and national conferences. Intrigued with todays challenges of the art and science of clinical practice, her therapeutic focus is to achieve highest functional use of the upper extremity.
Lisa Perrone, OTR/L, CHT
Lisa holds an occupational degree from Northeast Louisiana University and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1992. She is also certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment. She has worked with various injuries including repetitive motion, arthritis and trauma.Â Lisa has spoken at many local and national conferences.

Pam Harrell, OTR, CHT; Manager
Pam is Manager of Rehabilitation Services at Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Cool Springs. She holds an Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a Certified Hand Therapist. She is a past president of the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals and a Past Chair of the Tennessee Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.
Erica Montgomery, OTR, CHT
Erica graduated with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University and has been an Occupational Therapist since 1995. She also completed a Hand Therapy Fellowship at The Philadelphia Hand Center in 1999. Erica was certified as a Certified Hand Therapist by the Hand Therapy Certification in 2001 and has presented at local and state conferences on post op thumb rehabilitation, edema management and custom upper extremity splinting techniques. Erica has practiced inÃ Â a variety of settings including private practice, physician owned practices, hospital settings and in consultation services. She participates in local and international medical mission trips.
Gary Robinson, OT, CHT, MBA
Gary is a graduate of the Occupational Therapy Program at The University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1996. He was certified as a Hand Therapist by The Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 2001 and completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Tyler in 2006. The majority of his hand therapy clinical experience is in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and Level 1 Trauma. He is currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Occupational Therapy at Belmont University. Gary has two teenage children attending Spring Hill public schools and enjoys vegetable gardening, woodwork, golf and football.
Mary Shea, OTR, CHT
Mary graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1998. She is a Certified Hand Therapist and has worked with the hand therapy population for her entire career. Mary works at both the Cool Springs Clinic and Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute.

Laura Davis, OTR, CHT
Laura received her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis School of Occupational Therapy. She began working in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation in 2004. She received her Certified Hand Therapy credentials in 2007 and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Renee Simpson, OTR, CHT
Renee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. She has treated elbow/wrist/hand patients for over 24 years. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2000.
