Q: What hours are you open?
A: We are open from 8-5 Monday through Thursday, and 9-5 on Friday. Closed on weekends.
Q: Do you need an appointment to get glasses?
A: No appointment is necessary. We see everyone on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Will you file my insurance for me?
A: We do not file any insurances, except Tenncare Select for children 21 years of age or younger, and Medicare for adults after a cataract surgery. We will gladly provide an insurance ready receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Click here for insurance information.
Q: How long will it take to get my glasses?
A: The average turn-around time is 7 to 10 working days, but some can come in quicker and certain lens/coating choices will push that time back a few days.
Q: Can I bring in an outside prescription?
A: Yes. We are more than happy to help with any non-expired prescription.
