Amy cooper and her staff are excellent. They were ALL amazing during the frequent difficult episodes during the past 6 months. Each of them reached out by phone and always where ready with advice, help and available resources and opportunities. They are caring, knowledgeable and empathetic. We appreciate their capable help very much.
