I have not had a complete neurological exam in about 10 years although I frequent the neuro clinic every year or more often. The provider did a complete neurological exam and explained everything in full detail and answered all of my questions. She was professional, courteous and so knowledgeable.

She is great! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

I usually see Dr. Kesayan (who is fantastic!) but my condition unexpectedly worsened in an extreme way and I wasn't able to see him on short notice. Alexi/Stacia took the time to get an understanding of the history of my condition and what interventions have been tried so far. She was compassionate and incredibly professional, even when I was getting upset. I am in a lot of pain and felt confident she provided the best possible care for someone in my situation.

She really listened to my concerns and recommended a change in statins and in response to my concerns about my memory, she suggested further tests that may help to put my mind at ease.
