Dr. Kerry Schaffer was very thorough and informative. Answered all my questions and wanted to hear me describe my treatment plan. She provided the most information to me about the long-term portions of my treatment plan. I definitely felt as if she was professional and yet compassionate.

Dr Shafer spent good time with me to review my history. She used good visuals to show lesions identified by a recent PSMA-PET scan. She discussed LU177 and RA223 technologies and chemotherapy. She is a good listener and answers my questions. She gave me a referral to an orthopedic specialist

Dr. Schaffer, I'm sure is well educated in oncology. My experience was rushed and she read my records at the time of appointment. Everything was in the report that was sent by my oncologist, but she said while I was sharing medical information with her that it wasn't included, it was. Just didn't have a good feeling with her. I guess too many patients to take the time to really listen to me. Lastly, Dr Schaffer order blood work and told me I would hear from someone within 48 hours, still no word as of this survey. I did call and request the blood results, and the person in hematology said the doctor would have to give results. She told me she would leave a message for Dr. Schaffer, still no call. I'm sorry to be so brutally honest in this survey but you asked. Oh, I did receive a $180 bill for my experience..
