I think I was the last patient of the day because she seemed ready to get out the door, which is totally understandable. However, she did not ask me how my symptoms had been; I had to volunteer the information. I also suffer from another serious health condition, which has left me disabled. When we attempted to mention how my other symptoms were integrating into my overall function, she did not make any attempt to discuss that with us. As a result, she made errors in her documentation. She noted great functional improvement in areas she neither witnessed nor asked us about, when in reality, I am completely disabled.
