I think I was the last patient of the day because she seemed ready to get out the door, which is totally understandable. However, she did not ask me how my symptoms had been; I had to volunteer the information. I also suffer from another serious health condition, which has left me disabled. When we attempted to mention how my other symptoms were integrating into my overall function, she did not make any attempt to discuss that with us. As a result, she made errors in her documentation. She noted great functional improvement in areas she neither witnessed nor asked us about, when in reality, I am completely disabled.

Lexi is thorough, kind and she listens carefully to my concerns.

The treatment is working and we are on a good track

She listened intently and I really feel like she heard me. I didn't feel like she rushed me along as to move on with the next patient. Not only did I have ample time for my questions, concerns and treatment plan, she made me feel like she would be there as long as it took. That couldn't happen but, that feeling made me feel like I truly mattered.

All ok.

She was very professional and very informative.

I love my doctor. I would recommend her.
