Great service

Emily has always been very attentive and willing to answer any questions and answers with education and detail. However, after my microneedling, I was left in the room for 1 hour after stating she'd return in 10 min. I eventually had to go find someone in the office, (it was after 5pm, I was the last patient). The medical assistant assisted me back to the room to go find Emily. I overheard Emily state to the PA that I could leave. I was taken back at the unprofessionalism to not apologize face to face about forgetting about me. I had questions for post care, to which I had to message through the portal due to Emily never coming back, despite her still present and charting. She responses nearly 4 days later.

She was amazing.

Talked too fast

Emily removed stitches and stents from my nose, In doing so, she had a great manner, talking to me the whole time, describing what she would do or was doing and what I might feel. It helped a great deal to keep me calm. I truly appreciated her approach, and she was friendly and accessible.

She was so knowledgable, kind, and helped ease my anxiety in the appointment. She was great!!

Emily, was awesome today! She thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions. Her professional competent manner is a great compliment to Dr. Stephen work and a asset for Vanderbilt.

She clearly explained each step before she did it, which greatly reduced anxiety. She was very calm and kind.

Loved all Doctors! Starting with Dr. Yang , Emily, and the miracle worker Dr. Stephan. Life changing . I'm forever grateful!
