Dr Patel was very thorough with his examination. He wasn't hurried and took the time to explain and answer all questions and concerns both me and my child had. He left one concern in the hands of optho, which we will see in 1 week. But assured us that if they needed to refer us back to him for anything he was there to take care of us. He asked if we had any more questions before leaving the room. I felt my child was taken care of as an individual instead of just a number. And with the best care we could possibly have.
