The registration was good, the nurse was good, but the wait of up to 1h for Dr. Patel to show up, I had three appointments with him, the first one was good, the second one he injected me with the Botox badly because instead of improving my symptoms of synkinesis he accentuated it even more!! At the third appointment before starting the injections I told him that the last time my synkinesis was accentuated. And I don't change the map of injections repeated the same mistake!! Ignoring what I told him!! In my experience he is a lousy doctor!!
