Very knowledgeable provider that was authentic, realistic, and didn't ever make me feel rushed

Ms Oldfield must have had an emergency situation before seeing me because I received a text from the staff that they were running behind. The text did not give an indication of how far behind they were. I had to wait about 27 minutes before being called back to a room. Then I waited another 23 minutes for Ms Oldfield. She looked at my incisions and said they looked good. We were with her for approximately 7 minutes. I understand that things happen which are out of the providers control and causes delays on the patient's part. At any rate, Ms Oldfield completed what needed to be done.

Dr. Oldfield was fast, straightforward , and compassionate.
