Dr. M was very pleasant. Listened to my complicated case and worked out a new plan of care since my doctor left the practice. We agreed on a strategy to move forward that I was comfortable with. She heard my frustration, looked at my photos and expressed concern. Her listening made me feel like she heard me and took everything under consideration when making the plan. Though we just met. I am happy with my new physician. I hope she stays with us a long time.
