Elise Lippmann is top notch!!

Dr. Lippman was satisfied that my hearing had returned and was unconcerned about ongoing ear pain and fullness which I have had for over a year. She couldn't find an explanation during physical exam and was dismissive of the issue. When I mentioned I also have TMJ she suggested Botox for that. Overall I felt dismissed and a lack of concern for something that has been an issue for some time. There are also no After Visit Notes in my chart for me to refer to to refresh my memory about the visit.

This was my first visit with Dr. Lippmann. I found her to be an excellent physician who listened very carefully to what I said to her. I was very grateful that she ordered several ENT tests to get to the basis of my concerns. She also set up a time for my return visit.
