She doesn't review her notes from the last appointment. Then she reexplains everything to you like you are a toddler. She you ask her to review the pictures taken on the last visit, you find out she doesn't have them. That then tells me she isn't uploading the proper information into Epic. It is exhausting. She doesn't follow through on scripts and you have to keep calling. I may change providers.

Dr. Lee is just amazing. The care and concern she has for her patients is just amazing. Dr. Lee explains things and is not pushing you out the door before making sure all your questions are answered etc.
