Answered all questions even before we asked

Dr. Joyce was amazing. He was fully knowledgeable about my medical history. It was so nice not to have to go through the last 3 years events. We discussed all my options, he understood my point of view, answered alll my questions as well as my family member's questions. He was patient, made sure we all understood his responses and treated all of us with respect. Dr. Joyce spent all the time we needed, fully understanding everyone's concern, as this surgery will be a difficult one. We all feel very confident about Dr. Joyce's capability and admire his commitment to his patients and profession.

Dr Joyce had big shoes to fill (Dr Joseph Smith) so far I think the shoes fit, and are maybe a size larger.
