Dr. Hines is wonderful. She took time at the start of the visit to put me at ease. She is a great listener but also efficiently moved through the visit. She is friendly but very professional. She asked me if I had any specific concerns that I wanted addressed, and took steps to do that. She explained to me a health finding and when I showed reluctance to start a treatment, she walked me through the options, benefits and side effects in a very caring and knowledgeable fashion, so that I could make a well informed decision. Overall it was a great visit.
