Brooke A. Hazen DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

I don't know what I would have done without Brooke. I have seen several doctors but no one could figure out what to do or really care about my health. I didn't have much faith in anyone being able to help me but Brooke listened to me and I could see that she that she wanted to take care of me.

She was hands down the best. I've been struggling for years with headaches and I felt like she actually took the time to listen to me to figure out what is going on with me. I have seen many doctors with this problem and I will never see any other doctor now but HER!!!

Does a good job of explaining treatment and makes sure I am good until my next appointment. She encourages me to reach out if I need anything before my next appointment.
