I was impressed with Dr. Hayden's ability to show empathy and her sincere concern to make sure she is providing the best care possible. I appreciate her talking to me versus talking down to me. This is so important, I am an educated individual and she treated me that way.

As mentioned before, the doctor and assistant spent an unprecedented amount of time discussing my heart situation with me and my wife. In recent years I have only been use to medical staff rushing me thru my appointments. This was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
