We had been with Dr. Hassel for awhile now. He seems very wise and have overlooked the no bedside manner he has. We had a little disconnect for awhile a bit into the telehealth visit on my end so took be awhile to figure it out but was able to connect Again. He seemed frustrated and a bit annoyed. Tom and I are in our 70s and Tom is now in stage 4 of his Parkinson's inlong term skilled nursing care.( which he knew) Doing telehealth is nice but a challenge.While I appreciated the advise he gave us.. I feel he was very unfriendly and non caring. He didn't even offer to have us make another visit like usual. Hope this is helpful
