The care exceeded my expectations. She suggested a medication I was not anticipating and understood my wanting time to think before deciding.

I am very pleased with the time spent with Dr Haseen.

We brought a list of my issues because I have memory problems and she didn't look at it and we had to be extra persistent to get her to take my mention of memory problems seriously. I am optimistic that the medication and tests she suggested will help. My partner feels like she didn't care so much or listen but I think she was just busy and probably deals with a lot of people who are wasting her time or not telling the truth or something.

Dr Heseen listened to my concerns, ask questions and made sure I was scheduled for test immediately.

Dr. Haseem was empathetic and listened to my symptom descriptions and asked relevant questions to clarify what I communicated. She explained the reason for each exam procedure and then communicated her assessment.
