She was 20 minutes late. I had to call the clinic and have someone message her. It seemed like it was the first time she'd viewed the chart.

Health provider took all of my health history into account and gave me options for care (asked if I was ok with certain treatments, explained potential costs and how we could change care if too expensive, etc) and was very thorough and efficient

Sarah is far above very good! She is excellent. She genuinely cares for her patients & extremely knowledgeable . I totally trust her
