Having worked in healthcare for over 30 yrs, I have never recieved or seen provided better care than I have received at Vanderbilt and all of the providers I use in the system.

Dr. Gordon's bedside manner was incredible. As was the attending that is working with him! It's not every day that a surgeon can show compassion that translates well in their bedside manner but I was pleasantly shocked. It was impressive to have an intellectual conversation about my situation while also feeling that I am being cared for as an individual, not just treated like the next case in the day.

He really took the time to explain what was going on and made sure that I understood it. Over all one of the best.
